Maya is 14 and has been climbing since she was 7. She is also a gymnast.
When she was 10 she started to take climbing more seriously and competed in her first national Youth Open Lead in Reading in 2015.
Her proudest achievements so far are coming 3rd in the Junior British Bouldering Championships in 2018 and 15th in the 2018 Youth Colours Climbing Festival in Arco, Italy.
