Here are the events for the 2nd round of the 2021 YCS for each region with updated details of the timings for that round. This is a roped round (for all regions except South West South) so there will be 4 routes to climb. Categories A, B and C will be leading and categories D and E will be on top-rope.

- London & SE South – Round 2 (Ropes)
- North East & Lakes – Round 2 (Ropes)
- North West & Yorkshire – Round 2 (Ropes)
- South West North – Round 2 (Ropes)
- South West South – Round 2 (Bouldering)
- Wales/Cymru – Round 2 (Ropes)
